Swansea say there has been no contact from any Club for Wilfried Bony

Most Premier league clubs were very impressed with the 25 year old's debut season in England scoring 16 League goals. He has attracted the lights of Chelsea and Arsenal and sources say Arsene Wenger was leading the race to sign the 25 year old Ivorian.
Swansea manager Garry Monk has claimed there has been no Bid from any club for the striker.although its rumored that the striker's contract has a release clause 20 million pounds, the Swansea manager has put a 25 million pound price tag and his prized striker. But it seems Monk does not want to sell his main striker just after one season.

He said, “There have been lots of stories, but we’ve had absolutely zero contact from anyone about Wilf and the fact is that as a club, we don’t care anyway.“We don’t want to lose Wilf. We want him to stay with us and for him to be part of our future and the fact is that he is under contract.“He is our player so it will be down to us to decide whether he stays or not.
“There is always going to be speculation about someone who scored as many goals as Wilf did last season.“It’s a part of football that when a player does well, he will be linked with other clubs.“But Wilf is our player, so all the speculation doesn’t matter.”It will be interesting to see were the striker ends up.(soccerheatbase)
