Arsene Wenger has rejected the chance to sign back his former captain Fabregas,as Manchester city prepare a bid for the midfielder and enter the race.Manchester city,Manchester united,Liverpool and Chelsea are all interested in signing the former Arsenal captain,It states in Fabregas contract that Arsenal get first refusal to sign back the midfielder at the same price any other club offers for Him.
