Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho has told goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to stay at Chelsea and fight for the number one spot against Petr Cech.Petr Cech has been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain,while Thibaut Courtois is been wanted by the club his spent the last three years with Atletico Madrid.Mourinho has a big choice to make,he has got to decide who will be the first choice goalkeeper as non of the two is willing to seat on the bench and only be used in cup competitions.If Mourinho does not make a choice soon he might end up loosing both goal keepers.
Thibaut Courtois has had a wonderful season with Spanish club Atletico Madrid,winning the La Liga and coming second in the Champions League.Thibaut Courtois revealed that he had received a phone call from Mourinho ,Although the goalkeeper denied revealing what he and the coach decided.The young goalkeeper said he can not make any comments about his future,his mind is entirly focused on the World cup and will not make any choices until that.
Some officials at Chelsea want to see Courtois go out on loan one more time, before coming to permanent number-one in the 2015/2016 season, but Mourinho has personally asked the shot-stopper to stay in England and challenge Cech.But it will be interesting who we see standing in between the goal post next season.(soccerheatbase)
