It seems Fabregas chose the Blues over Manchester united and Manchester city because his wife Daniella Semaan,did not want to move to Manchester but prefers to stay in London.Fabregas bought a nice flat in 2013 worth 5.5 million pounds in London and that played a big part in why he chose the London blues.(soccerheatbase)
