Tello has been on Liverpool's radar for some time now and the Reds have failed to agree a contract for the winger with his current club Barcelona.The winger is now wanted by Everton and Everton are hoping to steal the player from the reds.
It seems Liverpool are willing to spend a lot this summer,they just might strike a deal with the Spanish club,but it seems Everton have a better relationship with Barcelona and they might use that to there advantage.Tello has been struggling to break in to the first team at Barcelona and with the arrival of Neymar just lowered his chances.His a great talented player and it would be the best if he left Spain for England were he knows he will get enough game time.(soccerheatbase)
